1.1	Once an order has been placed with (us), The CV Writers, (you) the client have made a formal agreement to accept our Terms & Conditions.
1.2	Once we accept your order a contract will then, and only then commence. We reserve the right to choose not to accept an order for any reason.
1.3	Our Terms & Conditions of Use are controlled by the laws of England and you agree to adhere to the jurisdiction of the English court.
1.4	Your statutory rights are not affected by our Terms & conditions.
Payments
2.1	Payment for our services is required in full with all orders. Credit/debit cards will be debited at the time of placing the order and cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
2.2	If a billing error occurs it is our policy to immediately refund the amount of the error.
2.3	We have the right to cancel your order and in this circumstance will refund you in full.
2.4	If at any time you are unhappy with our service we guarantee to refund you in full subject to clause 5.1 of our Terms & Conditions.
Services
3.1	We do not include photo’s, graphics or logos within our CVs
3.2	Our Interview service is extremely precise and professional but the service is to enhance your ability to perform well at an interview. We do not guarantee to find you suitable employment, or a job offer after your interview.
Transactions Security and Secure Payment
4.1	Our transactions and payment processing system are operated and monitored by PayPal® as a 3rd party card processing and payment system providor.
4.2	Errors and malfunctions in the PayPal® system, not directly related to our website design or function should be resolved with PayPal customer service.
4.3	We are not liable for any errors related to our 3rd party payment system, PayPal®
Satisfaction Guarantee
5.1	We want to provide you with the best CV you can have and we therefore agree to undertake any revisions of draft copies until you are totally happy with your CV. We will then send the CV to you via email or post. Once an order has been sent out to you, you have 7 days to make any changes. After this time, it will be assumed that you have accepted our services in full and are happy.
Data Security
6.1	We follow strict guidelines to keep your personal information safe and secure at all times to prevent unauthorised access. We adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not give your information to any third party outside of our CV consultants without your written permission.
